A Crowdsourced Effort to Expose the Carbon Accounting Chicanery in Court

My thoughts have evolved since I initially wrote this page. It used to be I had faith in the legal process—enough to believe in challenging the climate narrative to get legal remedy. The post-pandemic years have shown that governments simply ignore court decisions that don’t rubber-stamp what they are doing. There is thus no remedy to be found inside this system. I cling on to the idea that exposing the agenda in court can yield short-term relief, but the only court that matters is the one of public opinion.

To that end, highlight this work. The textbook case of carbon accounting fraud and the shameless profiteering it documents make the chicanery indefensible.
